  • Venue Communication (we will make sure this is done perfectly so no one bothers you the day of your wedding)

  • Communicating with and coordinating all vendors 
  • Confirm all contracted services with vendors (we'll personally reach out to each vendor to ensure everything is in place and remind them that your big day is just around the corner).
  • Contact with Photographer & Videographer to make sure they get all the pictures you want!
  • Providing assistance to the main hosts (e.g., bride and groom for weddings, or event honorees in other events) and their families.
  • Timeline Managing and ensuring everything runs on schedule

  • Distribute final payments and gratuities needed to vendors

This package includes everything in our All-Inclusive Event Coordination—from vendor communication and decor setup to timeline creation and full day-of management.

It’s perfect for couples who’ve already booked their venue, caterer, and a few key vendors, but still want expert support to finalize details, fill in the gaps, and keep everything on track. We step in around 6 months before your wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly and beautifully—without the last-minute stress.


You'll also receive: 

  • Wedding Day Coordinator for up to 12 hours of your event. (additional hours available upon request)

 

  • Unlimited communication with addition of ideas, suggestions, and decision-making support.
