• Travel Fee only applies within reasonable distance

• 5 Hours- $800.00  (additional hours can be added)

• Services provided from 1 month of your wedding date
• Unlimited contact with the couple or client via email and phone
• Complete Wedding Management (you will not be bothered the week of or day of with vendors)
• Venue Communication (we will make sure this is done perfectly so no one bothers you the day of your wedding)
• Decor set-up  
• Communicating with and coordinating all vendors 
• Confirm all contracted services with vendors (we'll personally reach out to each vendor to ensure everything is in place and remind them that your big day is just around the corner).
• Contact with Photographer & Videographer to make sure they get all the pictures you want!
• Providing assistance to the main hosts (e.g., bride and groom for weddings, or event honorees in other events) and their families.
• Timeline Managing and ensuring everything runs on schedule
• Wedding day point of contact
• Distribute final payments and gratuities needed to vendors
• Prevent and fix any problems that may arise during your event
• Final Walkthrough: (We will attend if there’s no conflict with another event)

• Services provided from 2 months of your wedding date
• Unlimited contact with the couple or client via email and phone
• Complete Wedding Management (you will not be bothered the week of or day of with vendors)
• Venue Communication (we will make sure this is done perfectly so no one bothers you the day of your wedding)
• Decor set-up
