If your event is within, 25 Miles there is no travel fee!
Any where above 25 miles will have a Flat Rate travel fee $50.
Any where above 50 miles will have a Flat Rate travel fee $75.
Any where above 100 miles will have a $0.67 Per Mile travel fee.

We will handle the entire setup and teardown of the audio guestbook for your event. We will arrive and set up the equipment, ensuring everything is running smoothly for the first hour. During this time, we will be available to assist and answer any questions to ensure your guests can start leaving their messages without any issues. If you need us to stay longer, we can certainly work this out; just let us know, and we can make the necessary arrangements. After the event, we will return at the designated time to pick up the equipment, handling all aspects of the teardown. This way, you can focus on enjoying your event without worrying about the technical details.
